Unfortunately, my encounter with them was less than satisfactory. Despite the premium charged ($400) for a deep clean on their initial visit, the quality of service did not meet our expectations. Upon sharing our feedback, we were disheartened by the owner's unprofessional response, which included a request to remove our online reviews. I believe in constructive criticism and understand that experiences can vary. However, I felt it was important to share this with you as a precautionary insight.

Wow!!!! Wow!!! I cannot say enough! I had Mountain Meadow come out today to do the first deep clean in my house. I feel like I've walked into a brand new house. Everything just shines. They paid attention to such little details that really make a difference and it is noticed. Thank you thank you! I would recommend this company to all looking for cleaning services. on time, friendly, easy to talk to. I interviewed 5 companys before hiring Mountain Meadows. They were the most professional and on time company. The crew who cleaned my home did a great job! at the end of first cleaning they do a walk thru to make sure your happy. I would recomend them.

After the initial cleaning, I was called by the owner to see what things I would want to be changed in my cleaning routine. He took down notes and the next time, they made the changes. Very responsive, timely and detail oriented.

"All of the cleaning chemicals and equipment are included free of charge with all of our visits. We also carry the high end cleaning products including green cleaning. All vacuums are hepa filtered to prevent cross contamination."

I had them 3 times in my house. Everytime the staff missed a lot of things like cleaning the floor or the laundry room or the window entrance. The staff was very nice and fast but that was really the only thing. I complained at the customer service and they gave my solution I was happy. with. But I will clean my house be myself again.
