Trevor and team were hired by us for a relatively small job for a pair of trees in our front yard. They were absolutely professional, on-time and did a fantastic job. I'd recommend them again.

During our estimate consultation we discussed which branches needed to be trimmed and specified that we were hiring a trimming service because we are not able to reach the higher branches ourselves. We agreed to the estimate provided and reiterated exactly which branches were to be trimmed, but the work was not done as agreed upon. The higher branches were NOT trimmed as agreed. The individual operating the company (Trevor) arrived alone and without a lift to complete the work. He promised to return at the end of the week with the proper equipment to complete the work, but did not arrive, did not phone to make other arrangements and left me sitting around waiting. The payment had already cleared the bank by this time, so I contacted trevor multiple times on the day he was to complete the job. He finally returned my call after several hours and said he had "forgotten." We arranged for service to be completed on the following Monday (he did eventually complete the trimming of the upper branches, but did not appear at our door even to announce his presence. This, after I made the man lunch, met his mother (who appeared with him as driver) and helped him clean up the debris (after which I was outside sweeping up for an hour in extreme heat). Had he maintained a professional demeanor he would have been guaranteed future business with us. In future we will go with another company recommended by neighbors. All in all, Trevor earned $500.00 for 2 hours of work, but has lost next year's trimming business to the tune of $1K. There was no reason for any of this as our original exchanges had been pleasant and he had been treated with the utmost respect. I expected the same in return.

Personable, knowledgeable and professional service — not the lowest bid, but performance was delivered exactly as promised. I will have him back for future work.

Trevor was very informative about how they would proceed with the trimming project and very careful to accomplish it properly. We would definately recommend their work.

I was told that they would take the plant material down to the soil level and that the debris pile in the backyard would be removed, completely I thought except for the trash. That did not happen, but if I hired them for additional work, they would charge me a small fee to haul the pile away. I had to hire a stump grinder and tree/shrug removal company to complete the work that was not done.
