kevin had a problem with the previous appointment and moved my appointment to the next day. He got my water heater working again and answered all my questions.

I would like to give Kevin a great rating, he was prompt with assessing and completing the actual work. I spent close to 2000 for repairs to my plumbing and though part of this could be reimbursed by my insurance company, he has not sent a detailed invoice even though we have asked him several times. I dont understand this. If the situation is resolved I would update this review but in the meantime this is a frustrating situation he could easily help with and for some reason he wont...at this point he isnt answering our calls.

Kevin came the same day to bid and was able to start work the next day. Kevin's price was the best of three bids that I received. I'm very happy with his work, his pricing and with him personally.

Unlike other plumbing businesses, Kevin was able to set an exact time to come to my house to provide a quote for replacing my water heater and two toilets. We hired him because he worked legally (i.e. actually got a permit) at a good price. He also added all of the information that the gas company required to the invoice so that we could get the rebate from them (it's energy efficient). Finally, he did a great job replacing all of the items on our list! We will definitely hire him again.

Quality Service and installation

Kevin at Mountain Plumbing was a huge help in getting a hot water heater repaired at the last minute before our clients sold their house.
