Mike from Mountain Ridge cleared both a kitchen sink drain and a basement floor drain which needed some repair. He was efficient, courteous and professional...will use for future projects.

They came quickly got the problem fixed and charged a fair price.

Very efficient and courteous young man. Brandon discovered a crack in the pipe going into the wall under my kitchen sink and took extra care to complete the work perfectly for a very reasonable price. Also did a perfect cleanup afterwards. This was in addition to clearing a drain clog.

They answered promptly and were able to come to our residence within the hour which was the only positive thing. The technician was somewhat arrogant stating he was the best and to just stay out of the way which seemed OK, this was't brain surgery .The rooter was rusty and wobbly and marked up the carpet on the basement stairs. He ran out 100 ft of 5/8 inch cable down the clean out and stated it was open. When I stated the water was still standing in the floor drain he said that he would have to run a 1/2 inch cable down the drain opening and that would cost another $50 dollars. Since this was the original problem, OK I am now at $170 dollars. He said it was now fixed and left leaving a mess I cleaned up. The next morning the basement was flooded from the drain back up. I called the owner and he was defensive and not sensitive to my problem so I called another plumber as I had lost confidence in Mountain Drain . The new company came out and quickly ran a rooter through the system for their stated price of $120 dollars and it has worked well since. I would not recommend Mountain Drain.

Ron called immediately regarding an emergency clog on a Saturday night and got someone to come out the Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. Had the drains running smoothly in about an hour. Definitely a big stress relief.

Very reasonably priced, showed up on time and the cost was the same as the bid. Past plumbers always seemed to have extra costs tacked on during the job and were extremely high compared to Ron. I'll be using him in the future for all of my drain cleaning needs.

The service tech was on time, courteous, friendly and helpful. I thought the service call charge was a little high but the work was done promptly and neatly.

Brandon was able to discover the cause of my clogged basement drain almost immediately, while the cause is not great news for me the peace of mind and path forward that he provided was greatly appreciated. He even drew me a diagram to help explain it better. I would highly recommend Mountain Ridge!

QUICK AND EFFICIENT

Owner and Brandon (tech) were both very pleasant to talk to and work with. I am so appreciative they were able to come out the same day and fix our clogged kitchen drain! We would definitely hire them again....but hopefully not too soon!

He came on Sunday afternoon within an hour and did not charge extra. He took care of the problems and was very informative and pleasant.

This was an amazing experience. I needed a plumber to come the same day I requested a plumber to come. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I will use them again!
