I was given quotes for different levels of the work by Josh sight unseen. They were more reasonable than any other quote I got . But when Pancho came to do the work we discussed the issues and it took him a lot less time to do what I needed to do and my resulting bill was even lower than expected. I really appreciated the flexibility and understanding. Excellent job and would happily hire again

They did a great job with my panel upgrade. Josh worked with me to get the work done before Thanksgiving and I am very grateful for that! The guys on site were wonderful, they were clean, courteous, and very cooperative with my house full of guests. They were even willing to go through an introduction process with my dogs by giving them some cookies so the dogs would be comfortable having them coming in and out of the house. I think they may have even enjoyed it a little! Thank you so much! THAT made the job so much easier for me and my family! I would definitely hire them again!

Your craftsman arrived on time, introduced himself and he was friendly. Our problem issue we wanted repaired for some reason I could not duplicate the problem so no repair was made. Thanks. We also wanted a ceiling fan installed. We had a couple of ideas. He said the ideas could be done however the plaster wall would need to be damaged and that he would do it if we wanted. We elected to have the switch placed elsewhere. We are happy with him telling us the pros and cons. He also explained an extension pipe needed to be purchased to allow for the blades to spin. When he was finished everything worked well. He cleaned up after wards. Thanks you

Josh(the owner) told me it would take a week before he could get out to me to get my outlet replaced. When the time came for my appointment, Tyler, the tech that was sent out showed up almost a half-hour late. He was quick to get it repaired, about 20 mins. then he was on his way. I did not have to pay an upfront cost--which was surprising to me, Tyler said i would just get an invoice--nice. However, when the invoice came it was a flat 90$, no detailed billing..? Overall, i am satisfied, and would use again my only gripe is Tyler showing up 30 min late,and no detailed billing on the invoice.

These guys were great. They were very friendly and took time to explain why they were doing everything. Did not simply idle around to bill me more and explained whether I needed certain things or not and let me make a decision on everything.

Electrician arrived promptly with tools and materials needed to complete the job. He was friendly and efficient. I was charged for time on the job, but not travel time, so thought the cost to be reasonable. I'd hire them again.

They did a great job with wiring in a very old house, made the needed repairs in a nicely-finished manner that blends with the existing decor, and were very polite and prompt. They gave a fair estimate and stuck to it!
