Rich was very helpful. He responded quickly to an electrical need we had on the weekend. He listened to my description of the issue and steps I'd already tried to resolve the issue. He then proceeded with troubleshooting and quickly determined the cause was outside our home at the power company connection. He then went above and beyond, clearing out overgrowth to access the electric meter with a saws-all. This allowed him and the power company access to the transformer to meter connection. Thanks Richard - job well done!
