Reached out for a quote to have a parking pad added to my driveway. Samuel responded immediately, on a weekend. I had a quote by Monday and the work was scheduled and completed by the end of the week. He was professional and responsive to my needs as well as ensuring we stayed with the requirements of the HOA and city approval guidelines. The addition to the driveway looks great and I would highly recommend Samuel and his crew for any concrete or masonry project.

I hired Mr. Torres and his crew to build a masonry foundation with a concrete slab for a 20x13 garden shed I'm building. This project required a permit and Mr. Torres took the permit information and handled the scheduling of the 2 inspections that were required for his portion of the work. The location of the building in my backyard and the small size of the project made it more difficult for Mr. Torres and his crew because the masonry materials and concrete had to be transported several hundred feet to the location of the building and they could not damage our already-in-place concrete driveway and large parking area. The concrete truck also could not get any closer than about 200' from the building site. But, Mr. Torres handled those complications with skill and produced a good-looking foundation and slab. Both inspections that were required of his work passed with no problems. This work required 6 separate trips by Mr. Torres; 1. Digging the footings and then wait for the inspection, 2. pouring the footings, 3. laying the block foundation, and then wait for the inspection, 4. applying stucco to the foundation, 5. backfilling and infilling the foundation, and 6. pouring the slab. So, this was a difficult little job to be done efficiently. But Mr. Torres showed up reliably for each step in the process and did a great job. I highly recommend Mountain Top Masonry and Concrete.

Contacted Mountain Top Masonry for a quote on an addition and Samuel came out the next morning. After negotiating a price for the work, the footings were dug and poured following required inspections. The foundation was completed, footing drains were installed, including damp proofing. Rough Graded for proper slope and the excess soil was moved to back side of the yard for future use. Removal of existing concrete walkway and clean-up of area complete. Will have them back to pour new walkways once addition is complete. All work was done professionally and I would highly recommend them to everyone ! Tim Lambert-Garner

We hired Mountain Top Masonry & Concrete to rebuild a brick wall at the end of our driveway, a Fed Ex truck somehow crashed into it destroying it and damaging the culvert pipe that runs under the driveway. Mr. Torres came out and gave us a quote. He looked at the damaged culvert pipe and said he could repair it . Other contractors wanted to rip up a huge part of my driveway and totally replace the pipe making the job much bigger than it had to be. Once we hired Mountain Top they came and removed the destroyed brick wall, repaired and extended the culvert pipe and rebuilt the brick wall. They also extended an 8 inch drainage pipe that I had had previously installed. They also regraded the area. They were prompt, cleaned up, and there were no surprise charges. We are very happy with the work performed and highly recommend them.
