We had issues with one corner of our kitchen having over a 1à ¢à  à  drop. We also had water/mold collecting in the crawl space. We did our research and got several estimates and decided on Mountain Valley. Danny Snee was our Certified Field Inspector and he was very professional and knowledgable about our situation. We decided that a full encapsulation would solve our foundation problem. Danny was always available to take our calls and discuss scheduling and any concerns that we had. Tyler (Will) Williams (Foreman), KJ (Co-Foreman) and Brandon (Installer) did our encapsulation and were very professional and walked us through step by step on what they were doing. Their technical experience and professional was unprecedented. I would recommend this company and team to do any of my foundation work.

I was told that 3 people including a foreman would be coming -only 2 guys showed up. I work from home and I could hear them yelling while I was on a live video chat with my boss. There was a loud shaking noise & my wifi cut out. When I asked if they happen to have pulled a wire or something they immediately declined it and said they werenâ t even near any cords. I had to call spectrum who told me the internet cable was covered in dirt & ripped out of the wall. I missed 4 hours of work & had to pull 2 10 hour shifts to make up the time. Then, after â completingâ the job I went to go & check it out & they didnâ t finish before sending a payment request. My 30 foot drainage pipe was only 19 feet & they did not install the 4th side of the drainage system in my crawlspace. I immediately contacted a service representative & when I requested a different crew she became very rude, said she would need to call me back, and then just hung up on me. She never called me back so a couple days later I called again. The new rep said there was only a record of a service request from the initial sales rep I had been updating from the beginning. They sent someone out and when I asked how I couldâ ve only had a 19 foot instead of 30 foot pipe installed they said the team didnâ t read the notes clearly written out for instructions for my house. When I asked how they could miss a whole side of my house I got honestly I donâ t know Iâ ll have to ask them. He was unable to complete all of the work & said he would send out another crew. I then contacted the general manager & after sobbing on the phone she offered $500 off & no explanation on how it couldâ ve happened. I requested more & she said she would speak with her boss and call me back & as you could guess never did. I called again a couple days later and another manager offered 10% off which I accepted because at that point I was tired of this company. I had a great experience with the new crew and when I asked the foreman how it couldâ ve of happened he said they simply didnâ t do their jobs. The sales rep had told me from the beginning they get a bonus if they finish a job ahead of schedule. This company will treat you like garbage & will not ensure that you are treated with professionalism or that the integrity of your home matters at all. I am a 23 yr old female first time home buyer and I feel entirely taken advantage of. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE.

General Manager spoke to Customer in regard to her negative review. She walked GM through her poor experience she received from the original crew and the call center. She then explained that the site visit by the Production Manager and experience with the 2nd crew was a lot better and she is now satisfied. GM assured Customer we would be addressing her concerns to prevent this in the future. GM asked a few different times if there was anything additional we could do for her and she said there was not but she thanked GM for taking her concerns seriously. Customer did ask if she could get the 2nd crew member's names so she could leave a positive review for them.

Mark Lemenager was very knowledgeable. He was our initial inspector, and he provided us with thorough, insightful information regarding our foundation issues. Darryl, David, and the rest of the work crew were very professional and accommodating. They even came by the next day to inspect the flooring to make sure everything was level. We were highly impressed by them.

The salesman made promises about the results that would be achieved by concrete lifting. When the promises were not fulfilled, the company representative referred to the contract wherein it states their work may not be perfect and that concrete grinding might be necessary to achieve level surfaces. The concrete lifting I wanted (and was promised)was not able to be done by this company. I had to allow the technician to grind my concrete level. The ground out area is now an eyesore. I am unsure of the future integrity of this area, as well. If the salesman makes any promises to you about what results will be achieved, GET IT IN WRITING. If your leveling problem can be fixed by grinding, I recommend you do that because that is probably what you will wind up with anyway with this company. Plus your repair cost will be many thousands of dollars cheaper! In addition the drill they used to make holes in my concrete for the lifting attempt leaked oil or some other substance onto my driveway and front walkway. I tried to pressure wash the stains and used a degreaser to try to get them out. They are permanent and unsightly. The company representative said they try not to do that (stain your concrete) but that they could try, you guessed it, grinding the stains out! Be very careful in your dealings with this company if you decide to hire them.

Will and Darryl went above and beyond to explain everything and fix anything they could. I had a large project, and for the money I spent, by the time they were done I knew it was well worth it. They involved me in every aspect of this project and were experts in their craft, to say the least. If you get Darryl and Will, you are in good hands. Best of luck, fellas, and thanks for everything. PS: During this project my cat went missing and we thought she went in the hole under the carport. We could not find her anywhere and were scared we were going to seal her in when we filled the hole. The guys halted that portion of the project for a few hours until we finally found her.

A great team of four worked in my crawl space to correct an error made when the house was built. My flooring is now stable and I am very satisfied.
