I am really disappointed with the owner Chris, He finished a covered gazebo black in November of 2022, and it was leaking ever since came out 1 time to address the problem and it was still leaking afterwards, I then proceeded to to cap tech him several times to tell home about the problem and Ignored my calls and messages. He stated is his contract that he would come out in the spring of 2023 to finish up some final touches and resolved the leak, but fail to keep his word really sad how these contractors conduct business these days? I now have a $15,000 cover that leaks and ruining my outdoor kitchen.

Chris replaced our deck railing, reinforced the deck floor support, built new stairs and new support system for our deck cover. He did a very nice job and was reasonably priced. We would hire him again.

I had Chris team rebuilt my deck with the PVC materials recently. I am very happy with the outcome. I got the quote from them and other builders. The quote from Mountain View Deck is more reasonable. Chris started and finished the project as he planned. Everyday they kept the work site neatly. I strongly recommend them for anyone considering to replace or repair their decks.

Chris and Austin did a fantastic job on enclosing the bottom part of my deck to keep the raccoons out. They came the next day after I informed them that they had the job. They cleaned up all traces of their work. And were done in a timely fashion. I will use them again if a job comes up.

We hired Chris to replace the cap on our fence. His estimate to do the work was half of another contractor. I would not recommend Chris for painting projects. At his own admission, he does not like to paint, but he did a fairly decent job on the fence cap. We are very pleased with both Chris and the finished product.
