The service was great and they worked quickly. They were very friendly and did their best to not disturb me.

Did a good job. A lot bigger job than we thought taking the old wooden shakes off. Roof looks great.

If you hire this contractor expect to get a suprise of 2500.oo extra to your bill bad thing roof was half off before the suprise was given one way to make a cheaper bid was charged also for a tool and I belive 4 extra sheets of 7/16 fiber board glad I can help someone in need have waited two weeks to see if contractor would give me a bill for there labor and etc . but I did recieve a the bill of material thats how I know about the tool Who rates these contractors need to get there heads out very disapointed but the TWO people he had do the roof were very hard working and did a good job hope he pays them well

Provided good service and from what I can tell did a good job on the roof. Mike was quite responsive to call back when he didn't immediately pick up when I called.

They completed the work pretty timely however there were additional costs that was never mentioned as a possibility prior to starting. That was frustrating. The Boss Daniel Hansen was a dream to work with. I would trust him for other projects. Some of his workers however were left here alone and then is when the 2 hour breaks started. I don't think that Dan would be pleased about this at all.

they replaced my roofing... i feel like they treated me like a king until the final payment was made then when i had questions i was told by one of the ownesr "i'm complaining about a tedious issue" . and made me feel like a sore thumb.. this is an issue one of their workers told me when they was doing the should not be allowed so how should i know different. but after complaining they said they would fix what i understood per one of the employee's was wrong. after taking the shingles off they advise i needed to reply sheathing over my entire roof costing me near 2500 more. I quess it was needed... how or what could i do about it..

Top looks okay! The trim looks very unprofessional! I asked him to come back. He tried to fix it...it looks a little better, but it still is very sloppy. He said there is nothing more he can do. I AM NOT PLEASED!

I quit trying to get in touch with them after about a week and several mesages. They might do good work, I will never know.

Mountan View Roofing was able to come out for an estimate and do the repair in less than 24hr of my service request. The staff was professional, prompt and the repair was the cost of the quoted estimate. I would recommend this company to a family member or friend.

They did a great job in short time. And were very flexible in helping with payment options.

Unrproffessional. This is someone who really doesn't give a crap about customer service. Was not timely on promised orginal start date. Disappeared for several days during job. Failed to get midway inspections and final inspections and to close permit. Also had confrontation with tentants. Not recommended. Roof looks good though.
