First, Arsenio was on time - which is a big deal to us. We realize things happen while driving, but nevertheless he found us and made the appointed installation time. Arsenio was very considerate of our surroundings. I say that because we have had experiences where someone we hired came in with dirt on their shoes and tracked it through our condo or left a trail of trash behind. Arsenio wore a mask which we appreciated. He was quick and thorough. We would be more than happy to have him come back for future installation jobs.
