Outstanding service! First these guys were quick: quick to call me back; quick to get to the job (next day!); and quick to move furniture. Very professional, attentive to quality (wrapped my furniture even tho it was just going to the garage); and polite. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend. Price was fair. Will definitely hire again.

I submitted a request on Homeadvisor for a Denver moving company and Movemasters Denver was the only company to actually call me directly to inquire about my move. From that phone call on they were extremely professional and made our move from the city to the suburbs a breeze. Dan came to our condo to assess what needed to be moved so they could give us a fair estimate and their estimate was spot on to what we paid after the move. On moving day Jessie and his team was professional and efficient while taking the utmost care of our belongings. I would highly recommend Movemasters for your next move!

They’re young immature guys. They made a mess of the garages from the house we moved out of and into. They cussed, played around, complained, and wasted a lot of time. They drank a whole case of our water. They asked to buy a sound bar and I agreed to sell it but once we started unpacking it was no where to be found and I was never paid for it. They dropped a 60” TV and told me they don’t cover TVs because there’s a lot of moving parts in them. They broke a chest and offers to put a 2” screw through a 1/2” piece of partical board to fix it. All of our boxes were labeled where they went and they still kept bringing stuff into the house that said garage. Everything was taken apart for them and they didn’t have to put anything together and the majority of our stuff was already in the garage of the house we moved out of but somehow it took them almost as long as the quote they gave us and we moved 25 miles closer. They said they usually never send 5 younger guys out with each other and they kept defending them when we talked to them about our concerns. We have been emailed multiple times to update our “bad” review because its reflecting their business but once you get horrible service there’s nothing you can do to fix it.

With all moving businesses they have to rely on staffs which can be tricky. But they came through and even waited for my daughter's boyfriend to arrive from work.

I almost feel as if I need to give this company 2 different ratings, one for their work and one for customer service. They gave me a 3 hour "window" which wasn't clear to me. I understood I was given a time it would take to do the complete job. I called at 2:00 after rushing around to get there on time, but was told they would be there in an hour. I called 45 minutes later and was told it would be another 45 minutes. After another hour, I called and was told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes. But 10 minutes later one of the movers called and said it would be another 50 minutes. To sum it up, I waited almost three hours in a very agitated state. But when they arrived, there were 3 workers instead of 2 and they did the packing in record time and only charged for 2 workers. I was satisfied with their work and they gave me a good deduction on the price, but I had to wait for them for 3 hours,

They were very pleasant, efficient and took every precaution to make sure nothing gor damaged. Very knowledgeable about getting furniture through tight spaces. I highly recommend them

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
