Move Masters Professional Services

Fast and flexible

Friendly courteous quick and careful just awesome

We love these guys! They arrived on time and worked very quickly even though the cost was by the hour. They were very professional. They knew how to protect our furniture and were very respectful. We will definitely call them anytime we need moving services!

They moved me from Houston to Louisiana. The staff was very nice and very respectful. Management worked very hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service and made things right with me.

Great overall experience. A little pricey but you pay for what you get and they did a great job in my opinion. They moved me out of my house and a majority of my belongings to storage. They wrapped everything and packed it neatly and efficiently in my storage to maximize space. I would definitely use them again!

They showed up 7 hours late and refused to move all the agreed items.

Hard working crew- working non stop in 100F summer heat! By far the best rates and value.

These gentlemen worked non-stop. Never requested anything from us other than to ask where we wanted what put. I could not help but want to feed them and tip them. The price was absolutely worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

They worked quickly even though they were billed by the hour. They took good care of the furniture and were mindful not to move anything that had breakables inside.

The 3 guys that came to my house to pack it in a rental van showed up on time and did a good job of loading my furniture into the van. This project was all about the led packer, Christian. He was very good and worked hard at getting the most furniture possible into the van. His helpers, Chris and Chris did a good job, but this effort was all about Christian.

Upfront and clear with the pricing. Did a great job moved an hour distance. Were punctual, efficient, and very polite. Everything in excellent condition.

The gentlemen were first rate, professional in manner and quality of work. We will definitely hire them again.

DId a good job

Movers were professional and courteous. They took extra care to protect the furniture from damage. They were friendly and made the experience enjoyable rather than a chore.

Professional customer service. I was scammed by a moving company and Move Masters provided me with a next day move (unbelievable) they were polite and compassionate. I have used this company twice and will recommend them to anyone. GREAT job Move Masters.

The moving crew was were punctual, efficient, friendly, careful, accommodating and professional. Excellent work.

The guys were on time and very professional, but did not have the wardrobe boxes on the truck as promised. They did not adequately plan on how to get a bulky piece of furniture out of the house and damaged the furniture and walls in the process. They paid for the furniture repair and the wall repair, but it was not a smooth process.

Excellent moving service. This is my first move ever where something didn't get broken. The crew of four worked for 12 hours straight and never complained or gripped at all. It was a big move and they were perfect for the job. Based on this experience I would use them over and over again.

All of the workers were very young. They were polite and courteous, but they seem to lack experience. I requested movers and packers but only movers came. I notified the owner and after checking he admitted that his company made a mistake. The packers arrived about and hour later. I think this company deserves time to mature because they have good customer service and show a willingness to improve.

they did an incredible job at a great price and were very professional about the entire service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move

I recommended Move Masters to my friend and they were also very happy with them.

Good price and we shopped. The front office helpful and professional. The quote came quickly and accurate. The move staff arrived on time, efficient and no charges were assessed after the move was completed that wasnt on our quote. Movers are notorious for hidden charges after the fact, and this never happened and we were very pleased with service.

i hired them to move my sister's furniture used to stage a house i had just sold. Their price was competitive. I conducted business over the phone and they made sure everything went smooth. My sister is very picky about her furniture and was very pleased with the move.

We recently moved from Houston to Tennessee and hired Move Masters. From the initial contract to the last box being placed in our new home, everything went smoothly. Wayne's crew took great care with all our furniture, stretch wrapping and using cardboard where we had glass items. I would recommend using them, they beat the big guys prices and they do not take your furniture all over the country with someone else's. They even called on the way to let us know where they were. Wayne and Move Masters is a pleasure to work with! Mary W.

Robert and his crew were on time, friendly and hard workers. The move took longer than projected but that may have been my miscalculation. Jacki and everyone in the office worked very hard to accommodate our changing schedule. I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved.
