Rossâ team literally worked day and night, even on weekends, to get the job done. Ross is a great communicator. At each stage of the project he would send me pictures to show the progress. This was important to me since I was not able to be there to oversee the work. I had none of the problems that is common with other contractors I have hired.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Crawford Crafters / Moveouts2cleanouts! Everyone I spoke with took the time to explain the process, be attentive to our "handyman" needs, offer additional guidance, and genuinely care about us as customers. They take pride in their work, are prompt and trusted professionals, and I look forward to working them again in the future on other projects.

The person that they sent was very nice. Put my furniture together and had 2 other jobs. One was installing brackets for blinds. Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with the blinds as they keep falling down.

My front door was sagging and need to be re-aligned. The technicians they sent to do the project did not seem to have experience in fixing this type of problem. It turned out to be an easy fix (replace the short screws with longer ones). The entire job took 3 hours including them going to HomeDepot for an hour to get the tools they need for painting the door. I was told the project would take about 4 hours and was charged $500 for the service.

If Mr, Crawford is not able to come to the job he should not put a price on it, his workers are very inexperienced. He talks a good line.

It was an easy process. The appointment was set. They arrived on time and did a good job. They were professional and very nice.
