Lost one chair out of a set of 4, propane gas grill missing, glass top for table missing. No inventory list. Boxes were damaged. Was never told initially that it could take up to 10 business days - had to rent hotel room for a week as an extra expense. Also, paid extra for an extra drop that we did not receive. BAD experience! However, the loaders and unloaders did a good job.

They changed the price several times and were not flexible on pick up and delivery times. Absolutely the worst experience. I would never recommend this company

The guys who packed me up and the guys who delivered were the best part of the move. Be sure to read the fine print cause you will definitely end up paying for items that were “supposedly not included on your list” or you will have to pay for another vehicle.

The pick up guys were great, the one delivery guy was good but the other one must have been Summer help. He dropped one of our items then argued about doing it when I had watched him. Insurance was almost nothing.

They are very professional and make the stress of the move bearable. I have not moved yet so I cant rate the work quality

Most unbelievably horrible experience of my life! A one day move turned into four days. It started with a low quote from the sales rep and a very thorough explanation of where we lived and how the road was difficult to get up. I even asked for someone to come out and look at it so there would be no problems. I was told he and his supervisor checked on Google Earth and there would absolutely be no problem. Well, there was. They arrived on Sunday, as scheduled, but the driver claimed he couldn't get to our house. They had to rent a smaller truck and make two trips to get our stuff on the bigger truck. On Monday they called and said they couldn't get a rental nearby that they had to go 50 miles!! So they couldn't move us on Monday. On Tuesday they showed up with the smaller truck, worked about 3.5 hours and left. And, they wanted to charge us for the shuttling and said our load was larger than originally quoted. All in all, they wanted an additional $1300. After several phone calls, most of them unpleasant on their end, we agreed to pay $750 additional. Then we got a phone call from the driver saying he would be at our house at 7 a.m. on Wednesday and would complete the move. An hour later, the driver called back and said they wanted him to pick up the rest of our stuff and deliver it on Thursday morning. So that left us with no clothes, no toiletries, no place to sleep. Again, a nasty phone call with the owner and we decided enough was enough. We agreed to get our stuff back, plus our money, and find another move. The owner called my husband a liar and threatened to keep our money. A couple hours later, the driver called and said he was coming to get our stuff and deliver it that day. We all agreed, we paid in full and our stuff was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Now, we also were moving 11 dogs, which is not there responsibility; however, if we had moved on Sunday or even Monday, the weather was beautiful. It poured on Wednesday and our dogs were in crates on the back of a trailer and got absolutely drenched! So this was our nightmare move with this company and as someone else stated, I'm not sure how they got on Home Advisor. I have used this reference service several times and have never had an issue with any other company. Home advisor needs to review this company again. As you can imagine I DO NOT recommend this moving company! Also a friend of mine told me that they received low ratings on BBB. I cannot verify that as their profile has been updating for 2 weeks now.

I had to relocate a few days ago and I was in need of a decent packer and mover company. I came across Move Quick through a friend of mine. I have to say, excellent service. They were very professional and prompt in moving. They had all the equipment needed and the crew was the best that I have encountered so far. I have had a bad experience with a mover once before. I am glad there was no repeat of such an incident. The price was very reasonable and was according to what I had in mind. I liked how the crew was able to deal with pressure and crisis management. I was very pleased with the service. I am pretty sure and choose them in the future too. Estimate price $8,842.00 Actual price $9,023.34

Broken furniture, chipped furniture, 2 dented lampshades and items left behind.

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I went with this company because of the price. I believe they go lower on the price initially to get you to go with their company by the end my initial quote had doubled. I paid for my items to be packaged for me while I'm unpacking there was not a single box they didn't have something that was broken. The only thing that was wrapped was my dishes. Glass vases were just shoved in boxes obviously all broken when they arrived. A brand new couch now has three rips in it. Some of the items it looks like they had to try to break? It looks like they ripped the head off of my vacuum I don't know how else it could've been broken. While the movers were bringing up my table they commented how it didn't look so good. The legs were not taken off for the move and were laying sideways still attached to the table. Honestly stay away from this company. I am not sure how they got on the Home Advisor but I thought I was safe because I was choosing a company from Here. You're better off paying more money Initially than having to pay for everything new when you get there. I wouldn't recommend this company to a single person.

My new go to movers! They Moved me from Philadelphia to Seattle, total of 2,800 miles and everything arrived with no damage. Great price for such exceptional service. If myself or any friends or family move again I will definitely recommend my movers!

I would use them again and liked the service!
