The customer service was excellent but it was apparent that there is a lack of communication between the movers and the office. Because one of the movers complained throughout the entire move process. Im a school teacher and this mover felt that I had too many heavy bins with books in it. After moving me, they had another job. So he grumbled and became rudely belligerent when I asked him to please be careful with my items. For example, I bubble wrapped some expensive art pictures made of glass. When we reached storage, he put all glass pictures on a dolly and to rush the move he decided to place my bowling ball on top of my glass pictures. When I yelled ?stop? he began angry and told me ?Don?t tell me how to do my job!? Thereafter, they broke a table. Poor communication and professionalism. Moving is stressful but dealing with a hostile mover is even more stressful. The tall mover was pleasant and polite. But I would not recommend them to my friends even though the price was reasonable

In 1 mile from the highway. I find this business practice to be very shady and unethical.

Be prepared to add tips and drinks as added costs

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Great service! Great experience, I can't say enough good things about this company. They we're in contact and helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be a painful experience and they took a lot of the stress off. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rates were very reasonable and with a full house move NOTHING was damaged or lost. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This company was more than I had hoped for. They were amazing! First of all, their customer service is great; from the people doing the quotes to the movers themselves. The movers took great care of my things, and they got to work right away. I will definitely be using them again for my next move.

I did not receive all my items and the movers lost the cord to my new flat screen tv, everyday I am realizing I am missing something else. I took a huge loss, and they broke a very expensive statue. I am so upset with this company!

Hired them to move my daughters furniture to storage because it going to storage they even wrapped it. Guys were great, I'd hire them in a heart beat.

Move and Go was professional and upfront from the first contact. They were response, helpful, courteous and made sure that the job was done in excellence. The weather shifted on us and it started to rain, but they made sure my move was not hindered by the change in climate. The team worked together well and they made my movine experience less problematic than it would have been without them. So glad I went with this family company...great job!
