Amazing service!

They got to my apartment on time. Beside being very professional, they were polite and courteous. They packed my kitchen,TV, 2 mirrors and used blankets and shrink wrap the furnitures and moved it to WI state. It was an additional $340 but it was my fault to mention the extra items I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs to move either locally or from State to another. Thank you so much for the great job you did and keep the style up.

Best company I worked with This was my 5th move and I didn’t have tow worry about anything

these guys just did a move for me and this my third time using them. Im military so I move like once a year lol. They were super nice and friendly, handled all my stuff with care. They helped me pack my fragile stuff because I did not want anything damaged so I paid extra to have them pack it to ensure it arrived safely. Everything was smooth, delivery was reasonable and Crystal stayed in contact with me the entire process. Would totally recommend! Pay the little extra, it is worth it!!

We have used professional moving companies on 15 different occasions to move our personal belongs both domestically and internationally and never encountered issues like we did with the Moving Forward Group. Based on our past experiences, this company is not and should not be classified as a professional moving company. 1) We provided a very detailed inventory (exact dimensions and number of boxes) to be transported 2) Moving Day, they did a good job of wrapping and packing our items, but halfway through they informed us that they had underestimated the load and had to re-quote. They refused to continue to pack our items until we agreed to the additional amount. 3) Contacted Tito (Owner) directly, he stated that they only provided a quote and that we had more items than they had quoted, which is still perplexing since we provided a very detailed inventory along with detailed photos of the items to be moved. 4) Tito stated that we would need to pay or find another way to move the remaining items; since we were under a sensitive timeline, we had no choice but to agree to the new price. 5) We were told that our personnel belongings would be driven directly to our new address and that they expected to unloaded within 72 hrs. 6) We called 48 hrs later to get an updated time of delivery, this is when we were told that the truck in which our belongs were packed had to be taken out of service as it had to undergo an oil change, which was very suspicious. 7) Tito stated that they had to unload and repack our items into a different truck and that the delivery would be delayed by one week. 8) Driver hired two day labors, with absolutely no moving experience and their inability to lift heavy items resulted in personal items being dropped and damaged. 9) Driver stated that he was only hired to drive the truck and was not aware of how the items were packed as he never inspected the contents of the truck prior to leaving Grand Prairie. 10) Due to poor packing and lack of properly securing our belongings a number of the items had shifted during the 1500 mile trip, resulting in numerous items being damaged and falling boxes crushing two mattresses and our sectional sofa. Please be aware, I cannot in good faith recommend using this unprofessional moving company.
