"Hi Kelly, We take your concerns seriously and want to address each of the points you raised regarding your February 13 move. Billing & Timeline The total billable hours reflect the crew?s recorded working time from arrival through completion. GPS tracking and time logs show one documented 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute rest break during what became a significantly extended job due to access conditions and the volume of items moved. Travel time between locations included a required reroute due to vehicle clearance restrictions. We are continuing to review the timestamps you referenced and will compare them directly against our telematics records. Access & Loading Conditions Our documentation reflects that all items were loaded from a basement walkout area. The crew reported a long, narrow staircase, limited truck positioning due to driveway angle, and the need for disassembly of multiple large furniture pieces to safely remove them. These conditions contributed to overall labor time. Allegation of Items in a Personal Vehicle The crew has confirmed that no furniture pieces were transported in a personal vehicle. All primary items were transported in the company truck. Boxes Placement The team reported conducting final walkthroughs at the destination. If any labeled boxes were not placed in their intended rooms, we regret that oversight and would have addressed it immediately had it been raised before departure. Bunk Bed Assembly The bunk bed required full assembly onsite. The crew reports that adjustments were made during installation due to space constraints. If there are remaining concerns with assembly, we are open to reviewing photos so we can properly evaluate. Break & Workflow Concerns Our GPS and job logs do not reflect additional undocumented off-clock breaks beyond the recorded lunch and rest period. The crew states that they continued working throughout the unloading process, including simultaneous assembly while items were still being brought inside. Conduct Concern The crew reported that the move concluded with a walkthrough and no concerns were raised at that time. If any interaction made you uncomfortable, that is important to us and we are willing to review that further. Payment & Dispute The remaining balance was processed under the signed service agreement after the invoice remained outstanding. We understand you have initiated a dispute through your financial institution, and that matter is now being handled through the formal review process. In addition, we want to be clear that we have conducted a comprehensive internal review of every aspect of your concerns. This review was completed in coordination with our Operations Manager and included interviewing crew members individually, reviewing GPS data, analyzing truck camera footage, and cross-referencing job logs and telematics records. Prior to the filing of the dispute for the full amount of the move, we had been actively working to address your concerns and review documentation collaboratively.
