FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS. Where do I start with one of the most horrific and comical experience of my life. This company has the most fraudulent customer service agents (not based in the city listed) and the MOST INCOMPATANT movers that have ever existed. I made a small move from a 1 bedroom apartment to storage which should have taken 2 hours, but with the help of Moving Proz took almost 6 hours. Resulting in an estimate that went from $350 to $896. The movers they deployed were taking bathroom and cigarette breaks, playing games on their phone and had literally never completed a move until they came to my apartment. Just ridiculously questionable men asking me about how much I pay in rent and commenting on all of my personal belongings. Best part about this, they forgot tools to even disassemble anything. So we had to wait for a visit to the local hardware store! These are just a FEW of the issues with the move including DAMAGE to my furniture in front of my eyes! The biggest issue is the absolutely horrible customer service agent experience. Through the entire move I contacted the customer service line to express each of the concerns and issues, but I was sent to either a voicemail or a customer service agent (DANEIL N.) who was texting with the agent responsible for my move. This person refused to actually speak to me because they were in meetings, but continuously found time to text and email. Again not in Denver. This agent acknowledged the issue, but said they would call me back in a few days. After several emails asking when I was available....NO CALL. Almost 2 months later an (again) email threatening to chard my card on file for the full amount with only a discount to the issue from the perspective of the mover. Again after demanding to speak to this agent and airing my frustration with this experience and suggesting I would not pay a penny more until speaking to an agent, they continued to CHARGE my card. everything I try to communicate with DANIEL M. I get an email or contact from an agent underneath them who are completely unable to help me with the situation. Now we all hate overpaying for things and especially when the billing is inaccurate and there is no understanding of the process. I URGE YOU TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No accountability in the entire experience and just comically bad movers (who I would never trust to enter my home). Please do yourself the favor and use a better competitor in Denver. They are not worth the stress.

On the day of the move, we both emailed and sent and received texts discussing your concerns and since then have I attempted to set times to discuss outside of those avenues as well. On only one occasion was I, personally, not available. You have also spoken with our customer service team directly via phone. Ultimately, on September 15th our team came to your home and completed moving everything that was listed in your pre-move inventory from your origin address to your destination address. The balance from your move has remained unpaid since that date. You state here the move took 6 hours, but you were only billed for 4 hours and 45 min. Our team, off the clock, did go to a hardware store and buy tools that would better assist with your furniture during your move. You have shared the concerns you listed here with us, and we have offered a significant credit towards your move as a goodwill gesture that you have rejected. You stated that you wouldn't take any further time with this situation and that you don’t feel you should pay a penny for the move. Unfortunately, we are not able to agree to credit your full move, as you are asking. The move was fully completed as outlined in our agreement and that isn’t a settlement that reflects a fair resolution. The pre-move agreement that we sent you, and that you signed prior to booking with us, covered all billing policies and procedures and an estimate of services. The guy setting up the appointments whose name I believe is John is quite the swindler as he provided me a low cost estimate so that I would put down the deposit and then the day BEFORE the move increased the amount by $200 so that it is too late to find other movers and get your deposit for canceling

The pre-move information taken is very comprehensive so they come well prepared for their job. The moving team worked well together and followed our directions. No time was wasted and they really know what they are doing. True professionals from start to finish. A great experience, and they actually performed the move in less time than the quote so the cost was less. Excellent!

Yuli and Jeremy did a great job. They worked hard start to finish and were very careful. I had a conflict with another delivery at the new place and they were very patient with me getting back to the old place. Finished on time and In quote. Pleasant to work with.

Isaiah And Zechariah were life savers with my move today. Not only were they professional and nice, but they were very careful with the furniture pieces they were moving, all while it was down pouring rain too. They were extremely helpful getting the larger pieces into my smaller storage unit also. Literally had been putting this off for too long and now Iâ m thankful I did because these two made a hard day very easy. Thanks guys!!
