Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Mow-Town did mow my lawn as agreed to when hired. We discussed Fall/Spring clean and snow removal at the initial visit prior to my hiring Mow-Town. In October after discussing yard cleanup and snow removal with the provider we agreed that cleanup would be done right after Thanksgiving and we agreed on a price for snow removal on my driveway. The second week in December I texted, (which I had done in the past since this was our established line of communication) to find out when my fall cleanup would be done and received no response, no clean up was ever done. We had a major snowfall on Dec. 17th and I again texted to schedule my snow removal. Again no response. I could not get out of my driveway for several days due to this. I will no longer be using the services of Mow-Town since the agreements made were not honored and text responses were never received.

These guys were good and quite knowledgeable but I do not think they are still in business. Have tried contacting them but no response and no return calls. It is unfortunate because they were a good team. Hopefully, they will get their act together again in 2021.

They are very nice and knowledgeable to work with. They put my front yard back into shape...Now they will be back to do my back yard...I will be using them for bi-weekly grass cutting too!

Tom and his crew listened to what I wanted done. Tom explained what was to be done and the cost. He and his crew were there when he said and the job was completed as discussed. I hired Mow Town Landscaping to care for the lawn on a biweekly basis.
