Did a great job, Gave me a very reasonable price, pulled General contractor and plumbing permits to renovate my 2 story building. Completed the work prior to promised date. Arman had additional employees taking care of my project. Project was done within budget and done in a timely manner. Arman and his employees made sure the job site was clean and safe for my family. It was fantastic experience.

I hired Mowla in April and gave him a nearly $3000 deposit for some work in my basement. Arman assured me that he was a licensed contractor and that he would be able to get a General Contracting work permit. In the contract that he wrote up, item #1 stated: "Obtain DOB general construction permit." After almost 2 months, he finally admitted that HE IS NOT LICENSED and that he is unable to get the required permit. This means that I wasted 2 months for no reason. He also promised to send me a refund of my deposit and it has been nearly 2 weeks and I have still not received it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I have texts and e-mails to back up all of my claims. Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Arman and his team were 100% professional from start to finish. Painting, Wooden Steps look like new and our metal front stoop & all the railings look beautiful. THANK YOU!!! I will definitely be hiring Mowla Home Improvement again.

Arman is very polite, Knowledgeable and responsive. He removed a wall, installed openings and cabinets, replaced the wood floor where the wall was and replaced my electrical box. He is a great resource and a well rounded contractor to get any job done. I highly recommend him.

Arman came in within minutes of my Home Advisor search. He was professional and helpful. We received a contract quickly. The work was scheduled and he arrived on time and ready to work. He prepped the house to protect our furniture and laid down paper to protect the floors. The workers worked from 8am until late in the afternoon. Every day of work he cleaned up after himself which was much appreciated. I trusted to leave the men working while I stepped out and went to work. He continually checked in with us and made sure we were satisfied with the work and progress. I had an island and granite removed. He sealed up high hat holes. Fixed the walls that were damaged because of the cabinet. He paIntel the ceiling of our living space and bathroom. He also knows knocked down a wood wall on an extension and replaced it with cinder block and reran the electric. So in all he did several projects and I was completely satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism. I would recommend him to friends and for work I plan in the future.
