Blake no showed 4-5 times where he said he'd be there the next day to finish the job but would repeatedly not show up then after I'd reach out to him he'd finally make contact. After many times of this happening and an array of excuses he finally came to perform some work. When I got back to the house my siding was damaged on my house, the fence I had just spent the summer putting up had scrape marks all through the gate. It was a train wreck working with Blake. I was told that i'd have my patio in by the end of July at the latest. Well he wasn't able to get it in by our second snow storm mid November so I finally pulled the plug. I'm now left picking up the pieces with a giant mud pit of a back yard with pieces of rebar all over the yard, my siding ruined and my fence needing repaired. To make it worse, he's been promising me the 2/3 of my deposit he owes me since I pulled the plug mid Mid November. Again, it's one excuse after another why he can't get me the portion of my deposit we AGREED he owes me, Now I need to take it to small claims court. VERY frustrated customer. I should of reviewed this site as the first review is very accurate to my experience.

Contractor is full of promises and speaks a good game but does not follow through, does not listen to the customer and does not complete the project as required or as he has agreed in the contract and ultimately leaving the customer with more expense than if he had never hired him at all. I would not recommend him!
