"Thank you for your feedback. We take customer satisfaction seriously and stand behind our Done Right Promise, which is why we were surprised to see these concerns raised in this review. Our records show that the service was completed on July 9, and we followed up with you by phone later that same day. During that recorded conversation, you indicated that our technician did a great job and that you would recommend us to your friends. At no point during that conversation were concerns regarding the door, screen, invoice, or payment raised. We also have no record of receiving a subsequent call reporting these concerns or requesting that we return to the property. Had we been made aware of an issue with the workmanship, we would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect it and, where applicable, address it under our Done Right Promise. We are also happy to review the invoice and payment history to verify the reported $100 discrepancy and provide another copy of the paid invoice if needed. Because portions of this review do not appear consistent with our documented service and communication history, we have provided that information to Angi for review. Our goal is always to resolve legitimate concerns directly and professionally, and we remain available to review any documented issue related to the work we performed."
