Mr. & Mrs. Fix It

Horrible contractor - he repeatedly tells us he will be at the house to do work and does not show up to do any work. He has told us on 2 separate occasions that he would appear at the house to do the work and on both occasions did not show up and did not call us. He will not accept any calls from us and has not returned voice mails that we have left him. We have so many negative comments about this individual - please do not select him to do any work for you.

Lied to me about tax rebates.....Installed a new tankless hot water heater - no problems with that... Installed a new furnace...all kinds of installation issues....was lied to about the problems....We continue to have issues with the furnace....I do not recommend Mr. & Mrs. Fix it.

It has been WEEKS since they started our furnace project in our garage....first the parts were wrong, then more parts.....then problems with the electric work....then they said it was done and left but the condensation pump leaks all over the floor so we can't leave the heat on....now still not heat and they were to come back and insulate the upper part of the garage so the new heat would be more efficient.... NO Heat, NO Insulation...NOT Happy....all I get is the answering machine now when I call and if I do get someone it is we will send someone tomorrow ... Now I have alot of money tied up in useless equipment, no heat!

They were very informative, made our broken septic tank lid look like new, even cleaned up the smell. Also very reasonably priced! Would use them again and recommend them!

Worst experience with a contractor of any kind... ever.

Frank was able to come on a Saturday, which was convenient for me. He was very friendly. He checked the fuse box and the gas line, before checking the furnace. He saw the thermocouple was burnt out, so he started by replacing that. He lit the pilot, and the furnace came on. In less than an hour, my furnace was working again. I will call Mr. & Mrs. Fix It again if another problem arises.

They responded to my service request to clean my house in a very timely manner.They were able to accommodate my needs at short notice.They were prompt, very efficient, very pleasant and did an excellent job cleaning my house. Their fee was very reasonable. After they left it looked like a clean tornado had gone through the premises. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. Thanks ladies, you did an excellent job!!!

Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Tries to fix the problem the cheapest way. He was the first to call after registering my project. Could not fix using a snake and said it was a bigger problem and he was correct. He did have to come back to complete the job. Two drains going into one line clogged who knows how many years. Suggested a pressure water treatment more expensive than snaking but it was very necessary. Stayed and checked and rechecked each drain running the water multiple times to make sure the drains were completely cleared. Would call again but hope we don't need his services. Be patient though. He was not on time

Was very quick to respond to my tenant's home to check on a problem with the water heater. He didn't charge to trouble shoot even though most other plumbers do. He also had the most reasonable estimate for the replacement of the water heater. He came out the following day a few hours later than he had initially said he would be there, however, the replacement went well and the work came with a guarantee.
