Even though I took the dryer to their shop, I was charged like a home service call. All said the repair was excellent.
We are now 2 months into the repair of our oven which began in April. Initially the tech found a shorted wire. He repaired that without searching any further for what caused the wire to short. The next time we turned on the oven, a control board burned out. When the tech returned, he admitted he enabled another wire to contact the metal back of the oven and that caused the board to short out. He ordered a replacement. I waited for two weeks. Not hearing from them I called and, miraculously, the part had just come in the day before. But did they call me to make another service appointment? NO. So the tech returned and replaced the board. That night the warmer oven turned on by itself and a loud humming noise was evident. We had to unplug the oven to get the warmer oven to turn off. When the tech returned, he said he had to order a new board. A week later, when a called them, they informed me that the supplier shipped the wrong part. It is now two weeks later and still no calls from Mr. Appliance. I have been calling them for two days and cannot get them to call me back.
