They repaired my stackable washer and dryer for $650+ stating that it was the lining boot. 3 days later the unit was still leaking . Called them back out. The technician sat on the floor doing very little then left. I had to call them to find out that now they were saying it was the drum and not repairable. They should have diagnosed that the 1st visit and saved me 650. I would not use them unless you KNOW exactly what is wrong. Rip off 100%

The man gave me a wrong diagnosis. Cost me $90.00 Told me it was a motor charged me $9.00 to show me how to replace it. I bought a motor put it on same problem. He did call me back and said well it must be the mother board. Am thinking he should not of guessed when he charged me $90.00. He did say they would give my money back for the motor i bought. But would not give back my money for his mistake costing me money in the first place. I had to just go but i new washer. Add $90.00 to the cost of washer.

Got a washer repaired, they provided a photo of the technician for verification, I got several phone call updates related to arrival time, they kept the work area clean, the quotes were updated as they troubleshot the problem, and contact information was provided if there's a problem.
