How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because in 1980, shortly after the birth of his first child, Alex Miller got a job with a commercial appliance service company in Indianapolis, owned by a church member. In 1990 he began doing residential appliance repair on the side and built up a clientele and reputation for integrity and dependability. In 2013 he purchased the rights to operate as Mr. Appliance in Montgomery and Tippecanoe counties and was joined by his first son Justin in the business. .

We started in this industry in 1980.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and up front. The repair just cost a little more than we anticipated but very happy with the work. Everything is working perfect now and we didn't have to go and replace the dryer so in the end, saved money. :)

They arrived quickly went trough troubleshooting procedures and since it was a compressor issue, I decided not to repair. I only had to pay for the diagnosis and it was exactly what they stated over the phone.
