Lisa scheduled the warranty appointment. So pleasant. George came as the technician to assess the problem and advised us the options that could await. Within 3 business days Lisa called back to schedule the replacement. George, again served with professionally.

We have used Mr Appliance for years. They have done work for us on washers, dryers, and our fridge. Always easy to schedule, prompt, courteous, and fairly priced.

George was very polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and friendly. Told us what was wrong, how to fix, the parts needing ordered, how long it should take, and when he would return to repair. He was very effective and efficient. Hope his boss realizes his value! Will refer other customers! Thank you, again George!]

Great just great

The cord plug for my Samsung refrigerator was damaged in a move. I called Mr Appliance to replace the plug. The service man arrived about an hour after my call and replaced the plug and also checked the electrical codes and wiring harnesses to insure they had been accurately re-connected after the move. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and his knowledge. Their quick response to my needs was exceptional. I highly recommend Mr Appliance!

The part was more expensive than I thought it would be. I was informed of the price before the part was ordered. It was just more than I expected.

My washer wasn't spinning the water out. It is an older model Maytag. Service man was very professional and pleasant. He put up with all my questions. On time service. They were a little high in cost but it was worth it to get the washer working again. Much less expensive than buying a new one!
