He was really nice and professional. It turned out that what I thought might be an expensive fix, was really something minor. My machine was leaking because the filter was dirty.

Same day service! Courteous and friendly Tech was early and wasted no time resolving the problem.

Quick response and repair.

The young man that serviced us had not been with the company too long; he was very polite and on time. Took him more than two hours, during that time we had limited power and I felt like he needed to call for assistance. When he was finished he left my dishwasher sticking out farther than my old one. I wish he would have told me it was going to look that way before he finished. Not pleased!!

I will be very careful to use Mr. Appliance again. I had the refrigerator taken apart, so all he had to do was put on a relay. I think almost $300 was a bit much for the $20 part he put on. It was great that he had it in his truck, but I had already taken it off and had ordered one, as I told him. I should have asked for an itemized, at the time, but so much was going on, at the same time in my house, I was just pleased that the refrigerator was working again. Hindsight is 20/20. With their knowledge, I feel they would have known it was the relay. I told him I was expecting a relay in a couple days. It would have been really nice for him to say do you want me to put one on or wait for your relay. Granted I had no knowledge if it would work or not, but I feel that he did.

My tech did a fantastic job. We had to get the lower oven door replaced due to the glass shattering out. He was very knowledgeable and personable while fixing the stove door.

Easy to set up quick appointment online. Large window of arrival time, but I was told to call the next morning and they will happily narrow that window. Happy with the results.

Todd was right on time, very courteous, knew exactly what he was doing and very knowledgeable. He got right to his work, got it done and was on his way. I would have him come again to fix our appliances. Todd was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Todd.

Recently purchased a home that had too much lint build up in the vent duct for the dryer. Lengthy duct leading out to the side of the garage. They were easy to schedule and the visiting service tech was prompt, professional, and thorough. I plan on using them again should I have any other problems with any of my other appliances.

Todd called before he came, very professional and informitive. Adjusted a non working Icemaker and advised us we should prepare to replace the unit. Found our dishwasher also needing a adjustment, made his adjustment taught my son about drain lines. Over all one of the Best repair services I've ever had, living here 22 years. Great company!
