Steve, the technician, was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He fixed my dryer door and helped me with a dishwasher problem. He had a great sense of humor! I am very happy with the quality of work and customer service. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again if I need to!

Make sure your appliance has not been discontinued by the manufacturer and that parts can be ordered prior to scheduling repairs. Lesson learned.
Response by Mr. Appliance of Montgomery County: I understand your frustration. Yes, this part was discontinued. However, for your particular appliance many other parts are NOT discontinued. Therefore until the technician diagnoses the exact problem and part required there is no way for us to know what you need and if it is available. Hopefully you were able to find a good replacement for your appliance. Please let us know if we can help in the future.
