I had an issue with 2 burners on my gas range. 1 not lighting and 1 with a flame that way too large. The technician told me I needed new valves at a cost of over $400. He came and installed and 1 burned was fixed and working. The other burner still had a flame that was way too large. He tried to adjust it and said that was all he could do. When I bought my house it came with little brass colored pieces for the stove and I told him about these. After he left and my problem was not fixed I decided to mess around with it on my own and try the gas nozzles that came with the house. it completely fixed my problem. They charged me over $200 for a piece I did not need and did not fix my problem which I ultimately fixed myself. I feel as if I were robbed by this company and I will not be using them again. The technician was very nice and would not be surprised if he was told by the company to recommend unneeded items to bill as much as possible.

Quick to respond... and did it by email which worked for me because I cannot speak on phone during day. They were not able to fix first day but quickly brought back help the following appt to fix which and was only charged for 1 visit at a minimal fee.
