John, the service tech, identified the problem with my oven quickly. Unfortunately, the cost to repair it (18 yrs. old) cost more than I was willing to spend, so I will need to replace the oven with a new one.

The service tech, Jeremy Shrader, was very professional, friendly and explained things very well. I was appreciative of him helping to identify the smoke odor as being an issue with the electrical outlet and not the dryer.

Not cheap, but good. I had a rusty door hinge on a 10 year old front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine. The repairman arrived in the two hour window that was promised. He agreed the hinge needed to be replaced and told me that the manufacturer had discontinued the part. He found one on eBay and purchased it there (after advising about the risk of buying on eBay.) He was back a week later and fixed the door. $260, but with luck I will get a couple more years of use out of this washer and dryer. The workman was very neat and took care to avoid leaving a mess.

On time, went direct to issue of refrigerator. Gave me a choice to repair or not with no pressure. They where willing to repair but with the issues, he took time to show me each one and what was required to fix them. I decided to not repair.
