They are on time with a tel call when enroute, professional, polite, protect home with mats,shoe covers etc.,knowledgeable,explain repairs needed! My technician,Lane, was great! Would use Mr. Appliance again!

Fast, efficient, courteous, GE certified, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them and will call them for any future appliance needs

Very responsive and showed up when he said he would. Overall, great customer service. The only issue I had is that he was not LG certified so he knew the refrigerator had an issue and what it was but couldn’t do anything about it. So still had to call the manufacturer and pay Mr. Appliance an $89 trip fee. If I would have have known he wasn’t LG certified upfront, might have saved the trip fee.

I inquire to use them I going thru my insurance when I talk to him on the phone said he was licensed and insured and he came out I paid the 89.00 service fee I receive paper work and he is not licensed or insured. I cant not use him due him not being insured.

Just a good experience with the tech not trying to B.S. me.

quick response to problem with washing machine. technician explained the issue & gave choices for repair. repair was quick, affordable & 23 year old washing machine working perfectly

I selected a 1pm time slot (1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm were all available), so we expected him around 1. He showed up around 2:10 or so. I don't know if the slot was actually 1-5, but we expected around 1. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and has to make a return trip due to parts; I just wish we had known not to necessarily expect him at the appointment time.

Don t call them.

This tech came out opened dryer door Checked temperature. Said I had blocked vent needed new belt and rollers. This was causing noise when drying. He never looked at anything else on the dryer. Said it would take a while to figure out cost of repair. After 20 mins came back in and quoted $275 When I asked about price breakdown he Said it was a flat rate. I told him I would Buy a new dryer. My son came over, checked vent up to roof. No blockage. Put bells and rollers on dryer stil. Horrible noise. So this tech completely. Misdiagnosed the problem. It was to do with heating unit and fan. I paid $90 for service call complete waste of money. I am still wondering. Why it took 29 mins to fiigure out flat. Rate.

Very pleasant serviceman. He gave me the impression he knew what he was doing. His name was John, if I remember correctly. He was right on time. He told what was wrong with my washer and what my options were. No high pressure that he repair it and suggested I buy a new one since the repair cost would be as much as the cost of a new one. If he had sold new washers, I would have bought from him! I will certainly use this company again when I need one!

A complete miss. First they missed the appointment time. Then the tech misdiagnosed my refrigerator. A complete waste of a day and money.
