I scheduled a repair. I was told during scheduling there was a service/diagnostic fee but it is waved if they do the repair. The service person came out, i agreed to the repair and they refused to take off the service fee. I spoke to the manager Donna, she was aware i was told the fee would be waved if i agreed to the repair. She still refused to refund the service fee i was charged. Instead, she stated she will educate her team on the policy and kept my 200 dollars. This company came recommended by Dacor. I did notify Dacor of their shady and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend this company for any job. I was quoted 800 dollars to replace the panel of my oven and they also charged an additional 200 dollar diagnostic/service fee, which should have been waved. They are supposed to be a certified Dacor repair company but did not have the tool to work on my stove the same day.

Please Read Before You Do Any Business With This Fraudulent Company: This company has created a business out of scamming their customers. They try to show up and establish themselves as experts to then give you some overly complicated justification on why you need the repair which is always a $300-750 bill every single time they show up irregardless of the issue without actually fixing anything. They came to our house not one time, not two times, but EIGHT times in the span of 2 months charging us $1,500 to "fix" an ice maker and a drain tube on our refridgerator only to then say that the repair didn't work and that there was a new issue every time they showed up that if we just paid another $350-$650 it would fix the problem. Our $3,000 refridgerator worked perfectly fine outside of the ice maker and some condensation in the freezer (drain tube), which we could've lived perfectly fine with. After the first time they showed up and "repaired" it the fridge was completely broken.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. This company has not a clue how to repair. Itâ  s called process of elimination and they still can notrepair the problem. This is where it becomes a rip off. I call it process of elimination. They put all these parts on your appliance. None of them seem to work to make the problem go away and they will not refund your money on any of the parts that were never needed to repair the problem. You get an attorney send a letter and all they do is lie lie lie lie. So I have over $1000 in this piece of equipment that I canâ  t even use and parts that I donâ  t even need. Go through the office manager beware she is a nasty, nasty lady. Beware do not use Mr. appliance just warning you.

Had water coming out of the freezer onto the hardwoods. Took 3 trips and 2 sets of eyes, finally fixed. Problem was the level

Be careful before you make an appointment because either they fix it or not you will pay the $99 plus tax fee. I called seers first to come to diagnose the washer and they said it is the motor in the washer. The cost was $600. I called Mr. appliances to confirm the cost because I didnâ  t trust seers. The technician came and quickly diagnosed the machine without even turning one screw and said it is not repairable and asked to be paid. He even entered it in the system indicating that the customer does not want to repair before i say I donâ  t want to repair it. He right away ask me to pay. He was clearly exaggerating the cost so they donâ  t repair it. Easy money. He was in and out in 10 minutes. I will never ever never ever call them again.

They investigate, set price, order parts and return to complete. They do not carry parts on the trucks. This approach is clean but adds time thus cost. Aside from that the overall impact was excellent. Larry L. Mansfield

Joshua was very kind and courteous and he diagnosed and fixed my wall oven quickly.

The part was on back order but the day it came in MR Appliance was here the next day to fix our dryer. Great service and communication!

Very friendly and observant of COVID safety. Was wearing mask and covered shoes. Kept 6 ft away when talking to me. Also helpful to tell me what I can do to make sure my problem does not come bank again.

Very professional from the service desk to job finish. Josh was excellent we felt very comfortable with his work and overall knowledge.

The job only took 10 min after we got the right part...looked like someone put wrong part in package that employee brought to our job. So had to reorder,but just took one extra day!!! Did good job once he got right part.
