Mr Appliance will most certainly be called again next time we have ANY appliance issues! Anthony, Thomas, and Dan were friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Due to an already full schedule, I was unable to get a same day service appointment. However, Anthony called me back and explained that his technicians were getting through their calls quickly and he could send one out to troubleshoot our refrigerator by the end of the day. Long story short, our fridge was troubleshooted, parts needed ordered, and repaired in less than 48 hours. This was such a welcomed relief as we had just done two weeks of grocery shopping due to Covid 19. Thank you gentlemen for making a potential food disaster nothing more than a minor inconvenience. You guys are the best..Truly you are!!

I needed repair to a 20 year old oven.....where unfortunately we could no longer find the needed control board. Mr Appliance(joe) provided recommendations on replacement ovens.
