Repairman came to my home on a Mon to check out my refrigerator and said it would be around $100 to replace water line and they'd call me with a price Tue. I didn't receive a call so I called them Wed. The gal I spoke with said it would be $199 so I asked for more detail on pricing and she said the owner would have to call me back. I waited until Fri and no call again. I'm out $59 for a 15 min service call. The check cleared my bank THE NEXT DAY but they couldn't give me the courtesy of a return phone call. Terrible customer service; I would never recommend them to anybody and I will share my experience with others.

They were fast and had excellent service, would call them again for any services needed in the future and would recommend them if someone needed there services.

The service was great and fast. The parts were expensive but that's just the fridge I brought. I would use them again the guy was really nice.

The technician was on time and identified the problem almost immediately. The problem was corrected and my appliance was carefully inspected for other potential problems. The technician also provided instructions on how to clean and maintain my appliance. I can recommend Mr. Appliance without reservation and I have no doubt that I will contact them in the future for any problems that I may have.

They got me an appointment the same day for 3:00pm, 30 mins after I called I got a call from the repair man. He let me know his next appointment had canceled and if I would like him to come over now since he was close to my home. He arrived in about 5mins,was fast friendly and clean. He had my washer running again and out the door in less then 30mins. And the price was under $75.00!
