The only issue was service was scheduled to occur between 12:30 to 2:30, but the service person was unable to arrive until around 3:45. I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. Other than that, I was quite happy with the person who fixed the problem.
