Mr. Appliance Of Ashland And Mansfield

We had used Mr. Appliance for the last two years to repair our refrigerator after an extended time away, and we spent a considerable amount of money on repairs each year. The past time we were given advice by the service technician that would hopefully alleviate the problem, but we came home to a refrigerator filled with mold. After repeated calls to the company over two days, we were told that the fridge had not malfunctioned, so there was nothing they could do. While it was true that it did not malfunction, we were given advice which we followed, and which led to the mold. We were told that a manager would call us back, and that never happened. We are very disappointed, and will not be using this company again.

Called on a Monday. Service was scheduled for the next day. We were given a 2-hour window when we could expect the repairman. He showed up on time & made the repair in less than an hour. No parts were required. Couldn't be happier.

The technician was skilled and knowledgeable. The problems were resolved quickly. The cost of the repairs was a couple hundred dollars less than the cost to replace the existing units. There were other issues to consider so we opted to continue with the repairs. Work was excellent but the cost was not.

Chris is truly a master technician. He quickly diagnosed the problems with the refrigerator and had it repaired in two days. He is friendly, efficient, skillful, and dedicated. I highly recommend him!

Had some work done to replace a boot seal that ripped after several years. The cost was $500, half the cost of the washer but that?s not the fault of the company. Boot rips again 6 weeks later, states it?s covered under some warranty on their paperwork. The wording is vague. I call them the day I discovered the issue and they said they are backed up two weeks. I wait for them since they will be most familiar with the problem. They call me the day before the visit after waiting nearly two weeks. Mopping up water from the washer. They call and state they essentially will not honor the warranty and that I need to pay a diagnostic fee and essentially have them treat this as a brand new service. Which will effectively be another $500 minimum since the boot is ripped. I understand the minimal profit margin but the customer service was atrocious. It created a combative, and outright hostile experience towards the customer.

I had both my washer and dryer serviced by Mr. Appliance, and they did a fantastic job! I will use them again.

Unfortunately the diagnosis was more than the cost to replace. But it was great to get a straight and honest answer to our refrigerator problems!

They came out four times and did not fix our washer. They said we would be refunded for all but labor cost for the initial visit and shipping for the part. After 3 phone calls, refund had not been issued, and their total was over $100 lower than what was promised. They will not return phone calls, despite promising to get back to me with info. I repeatedly asked for itemized bill and they refuse.

my 32-year-old refrigerator wasn't cooling correctly, I adjusted the temperature controls, no change, I thought it was a goner. I called several appliance repair companies located in my area with no response. I found Mr. Appliance online and took a chance they would be able to help me. The service tech diagnosed the problem, ordered the part that he needed for the repair. They called me to set up a time to return to finish the repair. I found the service tech to be very competent and knowledgeable in the service being performed. He was also very friendly, and if I have a problem in the future, I will be calling Mr. Appliance of Ashland and Mansfield. They are extremely professional and helpful, from the person that I initially talked with about my refrigerator not working, to the service tech who completed the repair.

I've used Mr. Appliance of Ashland, Ohio many times. They are always able to fit me into their schedule. The maintenance representative was quite efficient in diagnosing our problem and the cost was reasonable.

Ease of scheduling the excellent service! Chris Williams was our service specialist and he was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the repair in laymen's terms for us. I called and was able to get a same day estimate and all repairs were made 2 days later when both Chris and I were available. Service was excellent and the clean up after the repair was well done. I would never hesitate to use this company again.
