Showed up on time. Was friendly and not exactly efficient, it took forever (2 hours?) to change the front of the washer out. Told me what replacement part for the water line I could buy on my own to save money. Came back a few days later to help install the replacement parts when I couldn't figure it out at no extra charge. But a week later when the waterline to the fridge still didn't work, and I discovered the ice machine was really broken (his doing?) he didn't even return my calls! Weird.

Prompt, fixed problem, but problem reoccurred within three weeks.....Have been traveling and haven't had opportunity to follow up to see if problem can be resolved.

Although priced slighlty higher than another service provider that I spoke with, Ken was responsive, professional and did a really good job. I would definitely use him again and/or recommend him.

He scheduled me in the same day, informed me of everything he was doing to repair my broken refrigerator, and finished the job quickly. He was extremely friendly, and he even mopped up the water behind my refrigerator. I thought his price was very reasonable. He was a true professional, and I would use him again. A definite five stars from me, a satisfied customer!

He was very prompt for the first appointment on Tuesday. He charged me for the service call on the dryer but had to order an expensive part ($230) for the washer and needed the money up front. We made an appointment for him to come back on Saturday to put the part in and I would pay him another service call charge then. He never called me and didn't show on Saturday. So I called him and he told me that the place in town that was supposed to have the part, didn't really have it. So on Thursday, he ordered the part and it hadn't come in. There isn't enough room to finish the story. I'm still waiting to hear from him!!!!

Ken was at my house when he said he would be. We had agreed on a set price for him to do two things: run a water line for the fridge, and hang up the microwave. As it turns out, he was unable to install the microwave, as it required alot of electrical work (old house, no boxes where they should be). He was honest and said he didn't want to screw up anything. I appreciated his honesty. He ran the water line for the fridge, and the price was just what it should have been. I would definitely recommend him.

The technician did a good job when he got here, but he mixed up his appointments on the first visit and i had to call him and ask him where he was to get him to make the appointment he had set up. Thbe second trip (because he didn't have the part required) he had made the appointment for 10:00 and called me at 10:20 to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at about 11:00. Not a particularly good record.

Service was very professional, prompt, informative and affordable. I will use them again with no doubts.

We had the lower filiment go out on our oven. The repairman came out the following day which was a Saturday. My only issue is that the fix took a couple of trips (three over two days) and we received conflicting replies as to what the true issue was. With that said the job was done for the original estimated amount. Great work!

He gave me a time frame of an hour when he could come. Wow! When I had Sears come they said they would come between 8:00 and 5:00 and I had to wait all day. He was very good at explaining what was wrong with my refrigerator and the steps he would take to fix it. I've already recommended him to two of my friends. Leanna
