Mr. Appliance Of East Texas

We bought a house and the microwave stopped working. The home warranty company used Mr. appliance of East Texas and it has been the worst experience ever. We own multiple businesses and I don?t know how they are even in business. May 18th was the first call for the repair and it?s July 15 and it?s still not done. They don?t communicate. They say they call, text and leave a message but nothing is on your phone. Any appointment takes 10 days before they can get to you for anything they need to do. Then another 10 days for the next thing they need to do. We?d highly recommend giving a more professional company your business. We will never use them again and have recommended to the warranty company that they be dropped due to such bad service and communication.

my washer still did not work. It was never diagnosed probably. The technician Patrick said it was working when he left which was not true. After all the lost time and money, I have to buy a new washer.

They arrived timely, walked me thru what they would do, efficiently performed the work, and cleaned up the work area before they left the job. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them for any future work that I need to have done.

Customer upset because he was overcharged.

I called to set up an appointment, they took all my info and never put me into the system for an appointment. Thinking maybe I was wrong about what day they were supposed to be there, I gave them a couple of days. Nope, I was right the lady never put my info in. So when I called I set up another appointment to which I was not a priority even though they realized they failed me horribly. By the way, it's been 3 weeks since I called the first time and my fridge is still sitting in my kitchen not working. Other than that, pretty happy with my service.

Do not attempt to schedule your appointment through the Home Advisor scheduling tool. It is not linked to the actual Mr. Appliance schedule. This will result in delays for you. Call them directly to schedule. Customer service via phone was perfect. GREAT technician, resourceful, prompt, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I will definitely engage them again as needed!

The techs were on time and very efficient. They did a excellent job.

They arrived as scheduled. They gave us an estimate of the repairs and then ordered the parts once we approved the estimate. They returned the next week to install the parts and the washers are now working great!
