I was given ba time block between 2 & 4 p.m. They arrived at 2 p.m. They were professional & courteous. They got the stove running again & left my kitchen clean. I would use them again if needed. Also the office staff called in morning of the next working day to set up the appointment.

Quick response. Technition determined the problem, went to electrical supply company, returned and installed parts. He explained the problem and made the repairs. hlHe did a good job, and we were pleased with his work.

The technician that came out was very professional and personal and explained everything to where I could understand what the issue was. While he was there he also showed me a couple of other things with the current appliances that I have. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.

Mr. Cody G. was our technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The part that went out on our dryer is a common part to go out he said, so I was surprised that they had to order it, delaying the repair time. So, he had to come back a few days later to replace the part. But, overall, I'm pleased with the service and Mr. Cody.
