The tech from Mr. Appliance of Riverdale was on time, covered his shoes before entering my home, quickly diagnosed the problem, and put my dishwasher back in service, all within 15 - 20 minutes. He was pleasant to work with throughout the process. Great job! Thoroughly recommeded.

All of the people I interacted with were very responsive, courteous and professional. They provided me with prompt and professional service. They also suggested more cost effective alternatives and gave me advise on how to avoid this issue in the future. I thought the cost of the repair was a bit expensive but they worked with me until we settled on what I thought was a fair price for the service provided. The repairmen were great and very professional. An overall positive experience.
