Very responsive, professional and polite. There was a mixup in ordering the part for my refrigerator, but they took care of it as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would definitely call them again.

Techs came out to twice to service my washer for a knocking. First time he charged me over $100 & did nothing told me my clothes are uneven. I call them back & explain to the owner I washed a load of clothes it did the same thing. Second time

Their service charge, labor & parts charges are extremely high, and they donâ t tell you upfront, so when they got to my house & determined the problem, I was pretty much stuck with them to do the repair because the service charge was over $200, and I couldn' t recover that much loss by using someone else. They do good work & the service guy was professional, but that was overshadowed by the bitterness I had for being taken to the cleaners, money wise . Later I checked with another high rated appliance place in my area, and they would have charged $95 for the initial service charge, and if I had done the repair with them, apply the $95 to the repair cost...also their parts costs were about 20% less. Bottom line...Mr Appliance of Rockwall's work was good, but for me as a retired person, they' re too expensive, so I wouldn' t use again.
