the serviceman showed up exactly on time. He was courteous, professional (put on foot protection and had a mat), assessed my problem and promptly fixed it. He even explained why my washer was leaking. I knew the charge prior to him arriving, and I think he feared that I would balk at it because it was such a simple repair. I didn't mind. I already knew how much it was going to cost, and to be honest, it was very worth the money! Thank you for a wonderful, painless experience!
