Mr. Appliance Wizard Repair

I'm sorry for taking so long to rate this company... I didn't know where to do it, but hadn't come online to look for it. The work was on my washing machine and he fixed it very quickly. He left the area very clean and it was overall a great experience.

They just stopped showing up and kept sending me a bill. Not a very professional company.

Charged me $100 to tell me my oven was broken. Never called me back with a replacement part.

Reasonable service charge, fast repair

The two gentlemen that came to my house were so nice. They did the work the same day and my backyard has honestly never so good!

James came out to my job, three hours after the appointed time, which would have been fine provided they would have given me a courtesy phone call ahead of the issue. I missed three hours of work waiting around. James was friendly and through and pointed out to me all he was doing. However, once he realized the issue was the compressor of my refrigerator he then told me that Mr. Appliance Wizard Repair did not do any repairs involving refrigerant. He told me his boss was gonna call and give me a reference to repair shop that could do the job but over a week later and I've near heard anything from Mr. Appliance Wizard. So I paid $100 for the gentleman to tell me he could not do the job nor did the company assist solving my issue nor do any kind of follow up.

Company was late arriving..didn't have the proper tools but was able to go out and rent them to get the job done. Price was well below what I expected to pay. Very pleased with that.

Quick response time, professional and polite serviceman, communicated well when there was a delay, did very neat work, expertly & quickly done. We would use them again.

They don't know how to do repairs, they spent 3 hours working on my oven still couldn't replace my hinge and in fact they ruined the heating element in my over per the GE Tech and now my oven doesn't work. I called them asking for refund and they're ignoring my calls.
