This company was contracted by Bodewell (who handles GE warranty claims) because Bodewell has no locations near Fort Campbell. I was very pleased with every aspect of working with Mr. Appliance from the Clarksville, TN location. Service was prompt, parts order was fast, and the repair was even faster. Text confirmations for appointments and phone call reminders the day prior were both received. The tech, Miguel, was on time, clean, courteous, and explained the issue with our washing machine's belt. He was borh efficient and pleasant, which is becoming rare these days. Also worth noting, this company had no problem accessing Fort Campbell to provide the service. The first company that Bodewell had contracted cancelled on us, stating they could not come on post, which certainly is not the best in a military town. Highly recommended Mr. Appliance from Clarksville for all your appliance repair needs.

Ridiculous pricing. $450 for a heating element on my freezer. Never provided a quote, just a bill at then end. Criminal.

Awesome service

The Tech explained everything in detail and included us in the research of the Dryer motor. The part was available next day and Tech came immediately to fix our Dryer. Will not use anyone else.

The servicemen arrived a half hour before scheduled time, but I was happy about that because my refrigerator was not cooling properly and any added time meant more food would be spoiled. They were very polite and efficient.

The technician was very thorough and professional. He showed me the problem area and explained what was needed to fix it. Unfortunately the cost of labor and parts turned out to be major expense, so we basically paid someone to tell us we need a new refrigerator.

The technician Mr. Mathew was very patient on explaining why my washer was not working properly. Connie made sure to let me know what was going on every step of the way even when the part that was ordered came in. I was not at home during the repair because Connie called and let me know the technician was in the area a little earlier than expected. My father was at my home and during that time the technician was even kind enough to remove the lost items that have disappeared behind my washer during the years. I would recommend Mr. Aplliance Clarksville to anyone needing a repair. Thank you.
