Reviews
Write a ReviewVery pleasant experience!
Freezer components checked.
Very prompt.
Bit surprised by the total cost, but repair had to be done.
Work done was good. But it was about the most simple job that could be done, replacing a dryer door switch which took maybe 10 or 15 minutes once he had the right part. He knew the problem immediately. Still, I was charged $258 for labor - maybe an hours worth when you consider his double checking for air flow, heat as well as ensuring the washer was spinning out well. And they charged $50 for what would be a $5 or $10 switch buying it online. So I paid $311 - say easily twice as much as what should have been a generous fee. Of course they also give a year warrantee and they say it is industry standard. I will never have them again. Could have easily replaced the entire unit for that, buying used. All for a door switch part replacement.
Courteous, knowledgeable, practical.
Gregory was very honest and professional in providing customer service
Nick was very knowledgeable and polite. I was able to choose the days he came. I was notified when my parts were delayed.
i am pleased with the quick repair, as well as professionalism of the repair person,
Solved the problem economically
