When you work with our team, you can trust that you will be working with expert technicians who take pride in the cleanliness of their work; that pride is reflected in how we treat you, as well as how we treat your home. We can not do "quotes" over the phone without sending a service professional to properly diagnosis any and all issues with the appliance, as well as if it's worth you repairing at all. Diagnostic fee is $125 but if you do repair with us that is applied to the quote given for the exact cost. No we don't charge "by the hour" then "run to get part" on your time and money! All quotes from our technicians is what you pay,no surprises!

Highly recommend this company. Scheduled a tech same day at the last minute to look at our washer. Caleb was the tech that showed up and he was very professional and personable. Very careful and very knowledgeable. He was thorough enough to find a random screw that had worked loose letting another component bang the side of the housing causing the noise. Easy fix and very affordable! They are now a contact in my address book.

Great experience from scheduling, to diagnosis and repair. Caleb showed me the problem, explained the recommended fix and cost of repair services, and demonstrated ongoing preventive maintenance steps. Was also very respectful about working in our home and cleaning up the laundry area on completion. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend 'Mr. Appliance' in Hendersonville. The repair technician Rob is very conscientious, he double checks all the fixes as he goes through the repair process to ensure the correct repair was done. He was very knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you may have about the repair. The office staff is very helpful also. Give them a call. They stand behind their work.
