I have paid $400 for a washing machine that is still not fixed. They have been to my home 5 times, fixed a part that apparently didn’t need to be fixed, and now are wanting $300 MORE to “fix” my machine again. The parts on the latest “fix” are on the GE website for $65 dollars but I’m being charged over $300 for it to be done. They offered to come take out the parts that were installed as the “fix” and refund me the money for it. At this point, I might as well just buy a new washing machine for the amount of money they I’ve put into this. Although the technician who came was a very nice guy. I would not recommend their services at all.

Our repair guy, Chris, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it quickly. There was a $125 diagnostic fee that had been disclosed to us on the phone at the time we requested the service call. Our fridge is working again and the cost was very reasonable.

The technician Chris came. he did his diagnosis told us What's wrong with it? He ordered the part and came back to install the part very polite young man

Chris and Skylar were professional and courteous. Had the repair done shortly after arriving. For the pricing, this repair was 100% covered by an extended warranty. I paid $0.00. Parts were $800.00.
