I would have liked to have had at least part of the cost of coming to the house to do the repair, subtracted from the total of the bill. Otherwise if honesty and a job well done is important, Mr. appliance is your company.

The technician was polite and professional and seemed to know what he was doing. But after spending a couple of hundred dollars to repair my refrigerator, I am still having the same problem. He checked the fridge over and replaced a flap on the ice dispenser and said this should take care of the problem. Well. it didn't. I will need to find someone else unless Mr. Appliance would like to give it another shot for free. I have paid enough already.

These guys were great! They worked with our schedule. They were fair on pricing and didn’t go over the estimate that they gave us. Most importantly, they showed up on time when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for appliance repairs.
