My 3 year old refrigerator conked out last week and technician Burt arrived today to analyze the problem. Suspecting that the compressor might be the issue, he came with all the necessary parts in his van. Instead of just swapping it out, he went through a checklist of symptoms to make sure of the problem and assure the fridge would be back in working order without unnecessary cost and further inconvenience to me. His procedures were really professional and he shared with me all the steps of what he was doing. I donâ t intend to do my own repairs but I did learn quite a bit watching him! In the end, the fridge is running smoothly and weâ ll be able to fill er back up tomorrow. Great Technician, great results. If (when) I need service in the future, my first call will be to Mr. Appliance ! Thanks, Burt
